Winds of Change

Winds of change herald coming storms; heed them but, contribute to the prevention of devastation. We are here to do a job; not to be a knot on a log. Every soul has a purpose and it is not destruction. When those winds begin; your heart should open. Winds bringing changes Must be attended with great care; Life transitioning. ,

Very wise poem, ML. Love the crescendo ending. All of the very best poem have 'em. This is top-notch ink quality stuff. Aurora bright light. Keep the love and knowledge flowing. Love and more love always.

Thanks so much, Freddie; I haven't written a lot of Haibun's but, I'm finding that I like writing them.

We are here for a purpose, I wish everyone believed that and searched long and hard until they found what it is. This would eliminate so much unnecessary suffering!

Amen! I've had people say to me, "I don't know what my purpose is." I always reply, "What are you the most passionate about? What upsets you most? What makes you the happiest; the saddest?" But some still don't know after answering those questions...that's the saddest part. Thanks for the comment.
