WINDOW

window to the soul
may not be done with mirror
choose some quiet place
eyes closed body relaxed
you looking at you just light

I think it's called reflection. Nice verse to think about.

Yes... It takes the insight to see oneself......clearly enough to recognize the image we thought we knew.

Profound, Daver. We see only our bodies in the mirror. Only through introspection do we see the person inside. Awesome poem! Love you, Carolyn

This is a beauty, Daver! Oh, I'm so finding it difficult to find that "quiet place". Every time I think I've found it, something comes along and rattles the window. Strange, it had always been open before. A most inspirational man, are you! Happy Father's Day, to a wise and influential man! Best to you and yours!! Love, Mikki

Do the above and use a mantra - OHM, sung softly over and over works like a charm. I use HU. Love, daver
