Will You Remember

Will you remember me when I am gone ?
Will you think of the times we've had,
the trips we've taken, the things we've seen ?
Will you remember the good and the bad ?

Will you remember me when I am gone ?
Will you remember the loving embraces, or the fights we've had
when I was too stubborn to admit I was wrong and you were right ?
Will you remember the good and the bad ?

Will you remember me when I am gone ?
Will you know that the love I professed was never sad
especially in the quiet times when we were alone ?
Will you remember the good and the bad ?

Will you remember me when I am gone ?
Will you think of me as just a cad,
a small bump in your road, now in your mirror receding ?
Will you remember the good and the bad ?

Will you remember me when I am gone ?
Will you cry tears at my passing or just a tad
because of all the moments we shared ?
Will you remember the good and the bad ?

Will you remember me when I am gone ?
