Will You Hold My Hand-Inspired By a Title Written By Denise Narayadu

She only wanted a kind soul to hold her hand Remembering what life is, but forgetting why Just wanting a guide in a now strange land A solitary desert footprints lost in the sand The journey impossible but still she'll try She only wants a kind soul to hold her hand She feels lost in this vast and lonely land So much despair still her eyes remain dry Just wanting a guide in a now strange land Confused asking what will happiness demand She continues steadfast and she will not cry She only wanted a kind soul to hold her hand Looking for the strength to make her stand Always some truths that she cannot deny Just wanting a guide in a now strange land Time reveals two paths one bland one grand A single star luminates in a pitch black sky She only wanted a kind soul to hold her hand Just wanting a guide in a now strange land

In the spectrum of human emotion someone holding our hand elicits such powerful feelings. Well expressed.
