Flags trumpet the depths of sorrow,
As slow steps mirror wretched tears.
Loved ones shell, overflown with grace,
As widow warriors pick up the fight.

Hi Linda and thank you for reading, kind comment and rating. All very much appreciated. Penned this after seeing a soldier being buried.
