Wider Wider Wider

I washed my hands with sanitizer
Before I opened up my mind.
Wider! My muse screamed.
WIDER! WIDER! WIDER!
Everyone was staring at me.
Is this wide enough? I asked her.
I was feeling self-conscious now.
Having never been in this restaurant before.
And now knowing I will never be back.

HILARIOUS! And now for a few words from the late Alan Sherman. (Sing to the tune of 'Glow, Little Glowworm'): 'Grow Mrs. Goldberg, Fatter, Fatter // Eat everything that's on your platter.' (Wish I knew the rest. It's also hilarious!) Thanks for the laughs, Caren! :) gw
