Soccer football is a great game But the scoring is tame and lame Too much left to chance, a low-goal-count shame. So what can be done to reclaim its fame? Make the goal posts wider to more goals claim Add a yard to the goal width, to make a 9 yard wide frame. The World Game would be less defensive Players could shoot from further out All those near misses to the side would go in! More goals would make the game fairer in outcome The fans would love it More goals for fans to see A great game, the world game, made better You'll see.
