Why Me?

I've often wondered, why me?
You know, why am I so good looking?
My wife just rolls her eyes and smiles
I think that means she feels lucky to have me

But anyway, I often wonder, why me?
You know, why am I so darn smart?
My wife just shakes her head and grins
I think that means she admires my intellect
But I tell her it's okay, we can't all be geniuses

Oh well, I often wonder, why me?
You know, why am I the king of my castle?
My wife said, "Okay that's enough already"
I think she means this poem is over
