Why I Sleep

I rest peacefully
A bed made for perfection
I sleep gracefully
Holding love in my stomach
I lay infatuated

Reads like a Serta Posturepedic ad. Good descriptive tanka Russell.

It certainly helps to lay our heads down to sleep if we can hold these qualities opposed to the grim. Sometimes, for me, they are juxtaposed in my Poe like slumber :). Loved the poem Russell!
