Why I loved CD's poem: Trapped in the Human Mind

Sliding out of consciousness 
Spreading dreamland wings 
      Look down 
      A labyrinth of roads 
      Covers earth’s frozen ground 

Slipping slowly to earth 
Touching down on a highway maze 
      See “drivers” 
      Those who know not where to turn 
      Trapped, web-defeated travelers 

Standing still 
Absorbing the futile frenzy 
      Keep sight 
      Of important goals 
      Hope the path you choose is right

  ~0~                ~0~               ~0~

Knowing life 
Bearing no end of our own
      Up until
      Our conscious wake
      Good or bad the strength is mine.

I added the final stanza as a blessing of the endless light Carolyn shares, ... till we meet again Carolyn, Aloha!
