Why I Bottle

Between all the positive and negative emotions, how do they expect me to correctly explain what I'm feeling? It seems like they expect us to be extremely educated in regards to emotions. Most of us only know the basic emotions and a few more underneath those. With how many are added daily how can we explain what we are feeling? Trust me I would love to be able to say how and what I'm feeling but I just cant. That is the main reason why I bottle everything and keep it to myself. It's easier to bottle it up then have to try to explain it to someone else. When I try to explain it they start asking me a million questions which confuses me and only makes it worse. So let me ask you a question, why do you bottle?
