It seems like they expect us to be extremely educated in regards to emotions. Most of us only know the basic emotions and a few more underneath those. With how many are added daily how can we explain what we are feeling? Trust me I would love to be able to say how and what I'm feeling but I just cant. That is the main reason why I bottle everything and keep it to myself. It's easier to bottle it up then have to try to explain it to someone else. When I try to explain it they start asking me a million questions which confuses me and only makes it worse. So let me ask you a question, why do you bottle?
