Why Does a Poem Need a Title

I am deaf to words
That should come 
From an addled brain
And mercurial soul
words came and words went
But the page remains blank
no words fell from pensive hands
this  is the poem that 
I will never write

Darren White March 2, 2017 at 7:58 AM I understand that. There are so many poems I haven't written. And there are so many poems I wanted to write but the words stayed away. Or that title kept nagging my brain, which caused the poem itself to bleed to death...
