This is still better than any of the eight poems Sylvia has put on display on this site.

Happy New year to you, Sara! You must be a Nature's environmental supporter. If everyone regarded Nature as a gift from God, we would have less tragedies and a more caring attitude towards the things that God created. Beautifully written with great poetic flair. Have a Blessed New Year and thanks for sharing your poetry with us. Hugs, Andrew.

What a fantastic write Sara!! Yes, bamboo is a wonderful plant! You can do so many great things with bamboo! Bamboo makes great floors as well, absorbs the pressure when you walk!! And of course, as you said, it absorbs moisture as well as keep things cooler when sleeping, very cool fact that is! I love your Tanka, you did very well with it! Awesome Work!!

It does have a multitude of uses. Sounds like you're bamboozled. Too bad it doesn't grow in the US.
