Why is the sky blue
why is the grass green
why can't I tell you
to me you are everything
Why does the world spin
why does the moon glow
why am I so afraid
to let my love for you show
I always been that guy
trusting me as a friend
I am just not the one
for your heart to win
Why do I feel so lonely
when I am alone with you
Why am I so afraid
to confess my heart true
Why are the stars so far
why is the ocean so deep
why can't I reach you
with my love to forever keep
Why do I hold you softly
why do I caress your hair
why won't I ever ask you
our lives forever to share.
