Who's Real & Who's Fake
While young we make many mistakes
Growing up learning who’s real & who’s fake
Thinking we have friends in all the right places
They looking at us wit unknown screw faces
I remember we were cool, wit your crossed shoe laces
The friendship was a virgin & yea you raped it
You thought it was game & you tried to play it
You looking in my eyes & what you see is hatred
I been holding it within & I can’t take it
I thought you admit that you were wrong - I can’t believe that I waited
I can say this to you now, because my feelings have faded
Now I’m starrin in ya face, can you see that I made it
People use excuses to cover behavior
What they don’t see, is that I worship a Savior
He’s holdin me in his arms & I feel safe here
Trust in him I promise you will have no fear.
This is one relationship when your feel secure
The love is so great he’ll have you yearnin for more.
He’ll give you his riches & you won’t feel poor
Bend those knees & drop down to da floor
Say Jesus, for me what do you store
I’m here cryin out, can you help me Lord??
