Who's Innocent

I’m no innocent
But tell me, who is?!
We all have our infamous crimes,
Our favourite sins,
Our guarded secrets.

So I dare you
Throw that stone
It’s too heavy in your sweaty hands
Slimy with judging poisonous glands.

Lift off that weight
And say what you may
Lies are screaming out of your darkest shadows
No matter which mask you decided to wear today
And by the way
Take off your hat
It’s hiding your Halo.

And the proclaimed innocent gazed at the sky
And softly whispered to the moon
Who’s innocent?

He then looked back at me
And walked away.
