Who I Am

I Am a prisoner of love
 bound to forgive
   and taught to pursue peace
Taking pleasure in the flowering of the truth
 is my daily routine
I’ve lost appetite hearing lies

Many times i’ve attempted to escape
from my cellblock
But the freedom i’ve found in love
is so overwhelming
it brings me down on my knees
prostrate upon the altar of love
There my deep emotions gushes out
groaning fervently in prayers
the world embraces love

I am sold out for love
My ego is no longer central
and there is no turning back
Am home
it's where i belong
This will forever be my song
