Who Can You Trust

"Guarded and cautious ,
Like hiding the key.
The front stays erected ,
for anyone to see.
The posts , the prods, and banter,
are just to keep worry at bay.
They're the one with the smile, not letting on each day.
The one with the help,
a shoulder or good deeds.
It's too hard to reveal,
That they're the one that now needs.
How do they trust,
To describe what they feel.
Leary of false
faces,
How can they tell ones loyalty is real.
Not taking chances, and instead turning to prayer.
They put their trust in The Lord,
because His loves always there!" Becky Orr Olson
