White Chapel

White Chapel
Poem
Lionel Derbyshire

White Chapel
DING DONG !!!
“I hear your song
It is thy ringing bell
Come along
I know your call so well
The Chapel doors are open
The stairs are not long
Come home You belong here"

DING DONG !!!
All hail
I know your call

"Come on in ..
Weary and punished
As you are ..
Leaked and lost
A lamb found
You are now
From your hell
How foe has
Battered you
Bow your broken knee
On my pew
Pray then tell me
Confess your war .."

O wounded
SOLDIER
And JESUS said
" I Grace you
Come as you are
You are with Me"
Herein
This white chapel
My house receives You"
