Whispers of the Moment
WHISPERS OF THE MOMENT
In the middle of the night; I hear voices whispering in the shadows
It all seem a dream in reality and a reality in my dream
The whisper is so low that am straining my ear to hear all it is saying
This sounds like the echoes in my head; it speaks the same thing in my mind
The voice I hear is softer than that of an Angel singing halleluiah
I have my ears to the ground all the time; don’t want to miss not even a single word
Day after day, time after time; it still says the same thing
A continuous replay that repeats itself; it all seems like a de j’ vu
I’m so in love with the words I hear; it all seems new every time
At last, the whispers became so clear; I could hear my own words as it says
You are the greatest of them all; your versatility goes beyond imaginable imagination
Could it be that I have seen the future? Is it just I hallucinating?
No! It all seems so real; I want to hear it all day and time
This dream is perfect a vision; an insight to the future
The whispers continue; you are the greatest of them all...
