Whispers of Faith
"Like the silence that screams cursing solitude
. . . whispers of faith sing patiently with prayers"

Each morning I murmur a hymn and prayer,
in quietness finding my love for God;
his promise of eternity - prepare !
I am a girl- a girl so very flawed,
faith development began as a child;
and in my God's words I have found no fraud.
I confess that in teen years to be wild,
and I questioned my faith many a time;
but now, me and my God have reconciled.
Holds me when I call with a sighing chime,
I have witnessed miracles in my life;
and trust the mystery of his sublime.
When life is unfair and we feel the knife,
my wish- for the universe in God trust;
and his promise- heavenly afterlife.
Let him sprinkle on you sweet angel dust,
there is power of a prayer's hush tone;
believe and have faith and in God entrust.
One day your name will be engraved in stone,
the day of your death God will take your hand;
and you will be there in front of his throne.
You will realize that it was all planned;
and eternity will be truly grand !
