Whispers in the Cocoon

A caterpillar doesn't become a butterfly
nor could it ever spread its wings
Without having ever spent enough time
in the shadows

To let yourself be the caterpillar cocooned
is to learn to know your own distinct rhythm
Listen closely and know that nature shows us
how to grow
