Whew

When I let one loose in the elevator,
what my man said shows he’s no odor hater:
“My sweet little darlin’, you sure own my heart.
Don’t blush, Hon. I know you did not mean to fart.
It ain’t awful bad ‘cause it came from sweet YOU.
Okay, some fresh air would be wonderful—WHEW!

I’ve also been known to cut cheese, my Sweet Pea,
and send folks a’runnin’—a wild sight to see!
How can we avoid causin’ all those shocked cries?
We could skip the beans and the large chili fries.
Now pucker up, Sugar Lips--what’s that you say?
You ate onion too. Heck! Let’s smooch, come what may!”
