Where You Are!!
You think you know where you are,
Trust me when I say you don’t.!!
You work to earn, but not sure where that goes..
On the 10th of the month, you look for your wallet,
But it says I won’t..!!
Looking at it I feel like crying..
As it only a few change that it has left behind..!!
You look around and see people spending..
Then you think of list of bills you still have pending..!!
So, you still think you know where you are,
Trust me when I say you don’t.!!
At home you think you are the king..
Think again, and yes I know what you feel..!!
Your account is not yours anymore..!!
Even watching that series you always liked is now a big deal..!!
On your day off, you are now employed to work at home..,
Oops .. Just remembered the Grocery that I needed to shop..!!
What? You still think you know where you are,
Trust me when I say you don’t.!!
At work, you think you are the best..!!
Think again, same thoughts come in the mind of the rest..!!
You struggle the entire year to meet the targets..,
Working on holidays, to stand out..
But at the end, we always miss the top spot by just a whisker..!!
No, ending up in the second place is not good enough..
So you work even harder the next year..
To get the same result, don’t you mister..!!
And you thought you know where you are,
