Where Petals Meet the Light

Your my sunlight to my lilly,
The gentle glow that warms my soul,
The warmth that pours through every crack
Where life once felt too cold.

Like sunlight dancing on petals
You make ordinary days feel new;
Every moment blooms a little brighter
When your sunlight shines.

If the world grows heavy,
Or shadows start to fall,
I’ll choose you in every season,
In every rise, in every call.

For you’re my sunshine to my lily,
My steady light, my sweetest part,
The gentle love that keeps on growing
Deep in the garden that lay my heart.
