Where My Ring Use To Be

There will always be a ring, where my ring use to be. there upon your figure, that only you can see. No matter what becomes of you, or in whose company you may be. You'll always see a ring, where my ring use to be. In the blackest darkest nights, and whether dirty or whether clean. Cover it, smudge it, or hide it, and still it will be seen. It's just a little reminder, so you can never forget. The time we spent together, and what our love once meant. You can try in vain to ignore it, but it's as plain as it can be. There will always be a ring, where my ring use to be.
