When You Said the Words
When You said the Words, darkness became light
When You said the Words, the sun became so bright
When You said the Words, the moon and stars awoke
The world became full of life just because You spoke!
Those who speak of big bang action are not wrong
they are however off key
The sound they heard light years ago
were the mountains rising from the sea
The trees and flowers formed from your breathe
Why would we look right past
giving glory to activity you created, we call that the big blast?
Imagine if you can, the sound that must have occurred
from the Creator's mighty voice, that must be what was heard
Creation not big banging but being spoken into being, with Mighty Powerful Words.
When You spoke the world began
When You spoke the world was formed
Everything big and small from Your Words
now lives and breathes because, of the Words of the Great and Glorious I Am.
