When We Hugged.

The moon gazed.
The stars ripened,
and immortal whispers charmed the forest
with her tale,
........when we hugged.

They Know Not is simply about all the gifts God has given us and that we are blinded by plenty. Even with all over senses sight, sound, taaste touch, we do not see? Does that make sense to you?

I'm trying to write Japanese poetry friend not sure I'm doing it right. It's about writing with as few words as possible and giving the most possible images & feeling and I believe contrast of ideas. Your verse above could be put in a Tanka. 5 linesslyabbles 5,7,5,7,7 "The moon gazed wanely (5), The stars ripened like melons (7) Immortals whispers (5) charmed the haunted forest (7) with her tale when we two hugged." Your verse is excellent just trying to give you the idea. Light & Love Debbie
