When They Were Small
I’d like to recall them
The songs I sung for them
When my three children were small.
I made up the lyrics
Sometimes in hysterics
We’d laugh at the fun of it all.
They’d cuddle in bed then
After prayers and the Amen
Their daddy would come down the hall.
We’d give hugs and kisses
To our son and young misses
When our three children were small.
won no. 3 in Brian's contest
