When Santa Took a Different Route

This year Santa decided not to fly
Kissed Mrs. Claus a hardy good-by
Aimed his deer toward the interstate
Oh! How his sleigh went straight
A Van slammed on brakes, need I specify!!  

I saw a van yesterday with a Santa's suit fastened to its rear with the rear of the suit facing out. Left me wondering what happened to Santa.
