When Love Is In the Air
When love is in the air
Sweet music fills my thoughts
Floating on a wispy cloud overhead
The sun seems a little brighter
I stand a bit taller
The down times don't seem so low
You notice the beauty in the little things
When love is in the air
The moon seems brighter
His feathery touch
a little softer
Staring up into the starry filled sky
The Majesty of the Heavens displayed
Crickets chirping
Water gurgling merrily in the stream,
Racing
Around the rocks & pebbles
Leaves gently rustling in the breeze
When love is in the air
Flowers bloom
Grass growing fresh & green
A child's laughter
Like wind chimes tingling in your ears
Robin's nest & blue bird eggs
Squirrels scamper
Deer dash in the meadow yonder
The beauty of nature revealed crystal clear
When love is in the air
