Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy

Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy
I live and die with these shows
Must now be classified as a senior citizen
Only old people watch them, you know

Pat, Vanna, and Alex Trebek
Are like members of my immediate family
So familiar are the faces of these TV friends
Like branches on my own family tree

Why do I not get tired of these shows
Guess I'm trying to solve the puzzles as well
Or maybe it's Vanna, love that old gal
She's a sweetie, still under her spell

If a weeknight goes by without these shows
Seems like something's missing, I fear
Wander around with a blank look on my face
Hope they're here for thirty more years

Carol Eastman March 5, 2014 at 11:27 AM Dragon's too young for the answers so disrupts everyone when we watch them. Unless Grandpa Troll is around... He just rolls Dragon over, rubs his tummy till he's asleep, then uses him as a foot rest! Thank goodness for Grandpa Troll! PS. Talked to Susan Burd yesterday. She says hi! She's been too busy to do much writing for a while... But didn't tell me why... Now, I'm going crazy about why... To darned nosy for my own good... To dumb to have ask... Take after Dragon!... He did it again! After his disastrous crush on Godzilla... He saw a commercial for her new movie... and kicked the TV... Or at least... That's my story and sticking to it! I really enjoy watching these shows there is something special about them, can't figure this out! This is a perfect write about these clever shows!
