What's Under the Bed

What’s Under the Bed

I put it there.
Out of sight
At the time
To be hidden from all’s
Delight?
Space is needed, you say
Yes, at least for this day
But the question is still
What’s Under the Bed
Out of sight
Can’t remember
Not sure why I was there
Meaningful when
Meaningful then
Meaningful now
I’m sure when I take a look
Yes
Memories will return.
Take a look at my face!
A smile that can't be replaced.

Oh I have clutter, too. Some is under the bed. I'm glad you're smiling. So am I.
