Whatever I Ain'T

Whatever I ain’t is what I’m going to be.
Nobody on earth can ever pre-judge me.
There may be flaws inside my DNA.
I’m what God made on that particular day.
I look in the mirror and see a work of art.
A confident man with a beautiful heart.
I may be different and outside the norm.
But, I’ve been like that since the day I was born.
Through the eyes of another I may not be much.
What goes unseen is a foundation of love.
Before criticizing others critique yourself.
You’ll find you’re no better than anyone else.
Whatever I ain’t you should strive to be.
Know that imperfection is our reality.
Feel good in your skin, and have nothing to prove.
Whatever you ain’t nobody’s better than you.
