A very touching and deeply introspective poem, Rick. Ride the wave of your gifted talent as a poem to stay a-crest (up) and keep those downs from engulfing you. I was diagnosed as bipolar too, but hey, what do the shrinks know, eh. Love the poem though. Many blessings of love an peace to you, bro.
