What To Believe

Peace is overrated, Too blind to care. Children are too soon degrated Every time and everywhere. The world came from nothing, Just a speck in the sky. We are taught so many things, From truths, to myths, to lies. You put your faith in these so-called beliefs, But did you follow through With what you said to give me relief? How should I trust what you say to do? I'm so confused this time. Why me? This always happens. You are sweet as honey, then tart as lime. Why to me this torture did you send? Will I ever find the one to break this curse? Someone who will love me, someone I can RELATE WITH. I found him and I lost him, but which is worse? Believing in you, or believing this myth?
