What I'Ve Learned

You all watched me grow, And now I finally know: How I truly do belong, In this place that kept me strong. You seemingly all belong together, But now I finally know better: What truly matters most, Is I’m neither a stranger nor ghost. You all motivated me to keep improving, And now when I look back, it’s all so moving, Just how wonderfully I’ve grown Alongside these people I’ve always known. You’ve always had such a presence In my life, even with your occasional absence. Now I see, these times past were necessary In helping me become who I am meant to be.
