What Is Your Longing -Mark 4: 1-20
In all of life, desires abound within us
so many are carnal others are not
some are God-inspired right from its root
distinguish where there from the one true plot
Here Jesus speaks through parables
it's His master key to open the door
to bring out real lessons for our life
the time had come this was at its core
We need indeed to have a longing
be close to Jesus that should be our wish
the satisfaction of knowing Him near
be served with His presence, the best dish
The coming of God's glorious kingdom
involves His cosmic revolution no less
but we can't do it, its by His word alone
spread His scattered word never transgress
Beware of God's word being choked
the weeds creep in to halt the seed
nominal Christians allow this to happen
so the response must be real so be freed
