What Is This Feeling

You have been my everything. My love, my life, and my past. Nothing seems to be wrong, yet I feel this won't last. Are we really in trouble, or can it just be me. It worries me so badly, my mind just needs to be free. Is what I am feeling true, can it really be? After everything we've gone through, would you really want to leave? There's no reason to suspect it, unless it's hidden deep. This wonderful life I cherish, is a life I want to keep. Do you feel love for me? Is the love still there? Are you really happy? Do you really care? What is this feeling, tearing me up inside. Is this the life you wanted or are we living a lie? Are we really happy, or is it all a dream.
