What Is Beyond
Beyond the fabric of space;
Beyond black holes secrets;
Well hidden in the wall of stars;
Lay a realm of mystery.
Abiding there, perhaps a god,
Perhaps angels, perhaps not.
What if a mirror image lies there;
Or a parallel space?
What if there is a realm of myth;
Where unicorns or minotaurs reside;
What if it’s where giants came from;
What if cryptids, those planets run?
What if it’s a giant looking glass;
Made of obsidian, oh so black;
Perhaps just ocean; on etheric sea;
Oh what is that realm of hidden things?
Could we visit there someday?
Is there danger hidden there?
Perhaps it’s space for us to fill;
When we pass beyond the veil.
Then again, there may be nothing there.
Perhaps it exists for nothing more;
Than to have us wondering in awe;
just fuel for the imagination.
