What I Want
I want someone who knows me
inside and out.
Who knows my ways better than
I do.
Who knew me before I was ever
born.
Someone who made me unique
unlike anyone else.
Who loves me faults and all.
He made me appreciate the
beauty all around.
Because real beauty comes from
the Father of lights.
He knows how to stir me
How to move me to tears at
just the right time.
He caresses me with the wind
on a fall day.
He paints a sunset in the sky,
after a hot Arizona day.
He leads me with gentleness
and compassion.
He loved me so much He sent
His only Son to die for my sins.
So what I want I already have in my
Savior.
