Politics in every country needs a thorough cleaning. I can't rectify the system n so feel helpless.

I cant help but think of the song "where is the love" as I read your poem. Folks want to figure out how to hate someone instead of how to love someone.

I thank you for that. I try not to get into politics much but when it hits me I have to get it out of my system. Kinda like a cleansing I guess, lol. Thanks for commenting.

Too many get behind a slogan.. love the idea that we are all one UNTIL actual sacrifice is involved. It's interesting that some of the loudest voices for a cause are the biggest violators. Remember this recently happened multiple times with those who most loudly protested women being sexually abused in the work place.. they were most guilty of what they protested!

Yes, so true. Exactly... Also a lot like it applies to you but not me. And the 'above the law' people too. What amazes me is many are doing and saying exactly what they are accusing others of, but can't see it at all. Time will tell... Thanks for commenting.
