What Friends Do

In your saddest moment we weep with you
In your happiest moment we laugh with you
When you are bored we entertain you
If you are lost we find you
If you are confused we offer guidance
When you are down we lift you up
When you need to vent we listen
And when you need encouragement we give it
These are things that true friends do
We asked nothing in return
 We seek only your well-being
After all that's what friends do
