Hurt and violated me
Stripped me of my dignity

Betrayals come in many forms and from people you would never expect. Life throws hard curve balls.

Yes absolutely, Kim. They certainly are related. Here's how I see the difference, in this case anyway, betrayal is the 1-on-1 feeling and humiliation includes the impact with respect to everyone in one's environment.
