Listen to poem:
What Befalls At A Brook
Delight I, midst a babbling brook,
Touching its banks, hugging its rocks,
The child in me that I mistook,
Stills on, hearing to water talks.
Ere am awash toward concord,
Delight I, midst a babbling brook,
Be at its whim a righteous chord,
Smoothly drifting a dream unhook.
Sail on my words versed in a book,
Venturous soul towards each turn,
Delight I, midst a babbling brook,
Parts anew my memory yearn.
Dabble against the wayward flow,
Pictured on banks and rocks a look,
A lake arise brook mouths must go,
Delight I, midst a babbling brook.
