What Annoys Me

What annoys me to the core
Is a man to his word untrue
For honor is tied to manhood
It does annoy me, how ‘bout you?

They emasculate themselves
With the lies that they dare tell
And it makes me want to wish
That they’d sizzle away in hell

Annoyed? WOW! Annoyed for sure
And wanting to give them thumps
When they say, “I understand”
Then go and act like chumps

A MAN is one who says one thing
And doesn’t do another
Who lives by the words he says
As a lover, friend, or brother

The glory days of chivalry
When for your honor you’d die
Have gone away and now remains
The honorless fool with a lie

I’m annoyed and I’m incensed
By MEN who claim to be
Honest and trustworthy...
Stay the hell away from me!

Painted Hunter June 10, 2013 at 1:57 PM Oh, and to your question...yes, twice in a period of 7 years doing what I do I've had a piece of slag burn through my pants while sitting down and welding(small one--size of a pinky nail) and bounce around down there...ha...no real damage done though. I do a lot of welding here in hard to reach areas. I have quite a few scars on my hands and arms from it...none in the nether-regions though..hahahaha. I just have one of those jobs where small injuries(and sometimes big ones) are part of it. Eileen Manassian June 10, 2013 at 2:13 PM I'm so so sorry to know that! OUCCHHHHHH!
