What a Weird Beard

Old Ferdie had a bushy beard when bathing some birds just appeared two cocks and a hen a rook and a wren were nesting, it truly was weird! Inspired after spotting a man with a HUGE beard 1/2/19

This had me in giggles Jan! Imagine having a beard so thick and long you don't notice nests and them roosting there. Reminds me a little of when my mom used to wear a bee hive hair style! Lots of poetry wishes, Jennifer.

I lived in Paris when the beehive coif was chic, but pigeons loved to poop on them rather than build a nest . . . .

aww thanks Connie, I know poetry is in my genes on my mum's side of the family, it just took hubbies cancer for me to pick up my pen, I am also a Burn's Night Baby so guess I was destined to write one day:-) i just try and make folk smile with my sillies but also write the odd serious poem too:-) hugs jan xx
