Were It So, Great Mysteries We'D Surely Miss
Were It So, Great Mysteries We'd Surely Miss
Life flows through this world on a spree
Like some massive beast on a ripping romp
Good times and bad times, it so often sees
Even ending, as the might of Fate does stomp!
Across land and seas, fruitful crops grow
Majestic beauty, Nature sends its greens
Our world forever onward it goes and goes
We are not truly in charge by any means!
When wind, storm and rain beats our souls
Hope rests and rides in the world to give
Although we may cry at such saddened tolls
We manage to carry on and happily we live!
Our distant trek may not be all pure bliss
Were it so, great mysteries we'd surely miss!
