Wems Henry Temmy Psalm 17

I want me, I mean the real me
Not the me, peer influence created
Only You can truly help me to be
The status long in ancient time postdated

I want the best me
The one, God wants me to be
So that His purpose be fulfilled
As I watch being so unskilled

Religion is idolatry
Everyone is doing his own things
Almost getting all into psychiatry
Opposing flings flying without wings

Religion is self seeking
Just using God as a means
Different doctrines sneaking
Into heads, social media and magazines

I want the real me
Not the ones that circumstances created
No matter how it will be; by Your decree
Yet for once, my supposed self be vacated

Religion supposed to seek purpose
Religion is meant to serve
But today, we serve the heart of a few
Staging canal's beauty multipurpose
Instead of REDEMPTION it only should preserve
Making it to all men, always shine anew

I know how weak I am
But religious systems condemn
Not going to church always paints you sinner
Like factory fitted double comfort pillows
Pleasure poachers- fixed dangling food
Holding hearts to ceaseless billows
Craving cheers to the joyful hood

Be it as it may, I won't be you
Get to know, it is true
Saints are sinners God forgave
Those sins could have easily enslave
Sinners and supposed saints not giving up on sins
Those by grace, their new life in Christ would begins

Yet for fun's sake they care for no concern
But we learn to know and know to learn
As we gather up with brethrens to make changes
In different occasions of ranges
Either it is or not, religion we never bid adieu
Don't be discouraged but, find the real you
